The total population of India in 2021 is 14 Billion. The average population density per square kilometer is 500. Large states such as Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Bihar have the highest population level. Lakshadweep has the lowest population in India. Being a religious spot India is an homage to Hindu pilgrims. Based on religion people are grouped into Hindu, Christians, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The overall literacy rate of India is 74.03 percent. Being a multicultural Country there are 30 languages spoken by the Indians in different geographic locations.
India sees a diverse culture that dates back to the rule of the East India Company which left a trace of British influences before it gained its independence. Traditionally India has a joint family system of living. Arranged marriages have been the norm but love marriages have also been common between two people. Indians have major gatherings during weddings. The costume ornaments celebrations are done lavishly with other festivals like Dussehra, Diwali, Ganesh puja, etc. India is known for performing arts such as dance, drama, music, painting, sculpting, architecture, and cultural heritages from the Maharajas in India. Media is very popular in India with television, cinema, and virtual medium.

They pray and worship, and fast during Karvachauth, signature Indian Cuisines with sweet and savory delicacies, scriptures, and martial arts. They love to eat with their hands.
