Language and Religion

The official language of Sweden is Swedish. The next common language in Sweden is Gutnish. Around ten thousand Swedish people communicate in the Gutnish language. The people of Jamtland have Jamtland dialect, Skan dialect is also another form of widely spread dialect in Sweden. Elfdalian is a multi-unit Complex dialect that resides in the Dalarna district and Elvdalen community. Romanies in Sweden speak the Romani language. The Swedish language in general has been influenced by Latin, German and Danish languages.

The religious beliefs of Spain are based on Catholicism, Lutheranism, and non-Christian religions such as Islam, Buddhism, Mandaeism, Judaism, and Alevism. In Sweden, 34.9 percent have other religions. Over the decades Sweden has emerged into a multi-religious society. The main religious activities are affiliated under:

• The Church of Sweden acts as an open National Church and is Controlled by democratic organizations and Priest, Deacon, and Bishops of the Church.
• The history of free Church Christian Communities, those which are not controlled by the state.
• Orthodox and Eastern Churches are divided into twenty different sects with roots in the middle east
• The Buddhist Corporation: To provide knowledge of Buddhism
• Jewish Central Council: to promote Judaism and monitor and address issues of the Jewish religion.
• Islamic National Associations: represents local congregations and mosques.
• Other Organizations: Hindu, Sikhs Jain, Bahai, Jehova’s Witnesses, Word of faith movement, etc.
